R v AM & 4 Others York Crown Court (20k Heroin) Acquittal
We represented AM who was charged with Conspiracy to supply class A controlled drugs along with others. Due to our extensive preparation work we established that the crown prosecution service were unable to attribute through admissible evidence contact numbers to our client. This resulted in the prosecution offering no evidence against our client.

R v HA & 11 Others Leeds Crown Court (10 Kilos Heroin) Acquittal
HA was charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs along with others. Following a trial he was convicted of money laundering to the value of £5.000 and received a community order of unpaid work.

R v JP & 39 Others Wolverhampton Crown Court (25kCocain) Acquittal
JP was charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs along with many others. Due to our extensive preparation in this case the prosecution after reviewing the evidence offered no evidence and our client was acquitted.

R v JB & 22 Others Preston Crown Court (40 Kilos Cocaine) Acquittal
JB was charged with conspiracy to supply class A controlled drugs. Following a full trial he was acquitted of the conspiracy charge. It was a very complex conspiracy involving voluminous telephone evidence.

R v HK & 6 Others Burnley Crown Court acquittal
HK was charged with conspiracy to supply class A controlled drugs over a 2 year period. Due to extensive analysis of the telephone evidence involved I this case we established that there was no case to answer against our client and the prosecution accepted our arguments and dismissed the case against our client.

R v DT & 11 others Lincoln Crown Court Acquittal
We represented DT who was indicted on a single conspiracy count of conspiracy to supply Class a controlled drugs. He was acquitted of the conspiracy allegation and pleaded guilty to a much lesser offence.

R v MF Nottingham Crown Court Acquittal
We represented MF who was indicted for conspiracy to supply class A controlled drugs along with 12 others. We persuaded the prosecution through our extensive preparation work to accept a plea to a much lesser offence of supplying cannabis.
